Hullo all!

A few things before school starts...

• The new timetable will take effect on Monday so please follow that instead instead of the old one. Please let the others know.
• For both my Sec 3 and Sec 4 Humanities classes, we'll be doing Social Studies for the whole week. Sec 3s, we'll be continuing with the Northern Ireland conflict and Sec 4s, we'll be continuing with Sustainable Development. Do not forget your holiday assignments.

3E Humanities Holiday Assignment

Hello!

Here's the assignment.

Please refer to page 41 of your Social Studies workbook. You are to imagine that you're a Catholic in Northern Ireland who took part in the protest march in the 1960s. Explain why the issues matter to you (pg. 42) and write a petition to a British Minister to raise these issues (pg. 43).

The assignment is due during the first Social Studies lesson when school re-opens.

I'm pretty sure you can manage this just fine. Do make time to take a break as well. Happy holidays!
